2019 August 14

Friday kicks off the final Gabriel's Pizza weekend of the season at RCGT Park. Fans who order any size pizza from Gabriel's Pizza across Ottawa have a chance to get two free tickets to the Ottawa Champions game on either Friday or Saturday. If you are lucky enough to get tickets, they will be stapled to the outside of the pizza box. Friday is also $5 Budweiser night.

Members of the Ottawa Champions will be at Westboro Fuse Street Festival from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday to meet fans and sign autographs. Merchandise will be available to purchase and a few lucky fans may even get free tickets to an upcoming game. Champ will also be there and will be battling it out with Dovercat from Dovercourt in a jousting battle. You can find more information on Fuse Festival here.

Saturday at RCGT Park is $5 Big Rig night and Ladies Night, presented by Avis/Budget. Ladies can sign up here in advance or upon arrival to the ballpark for the Diamond Dig, where they'll have an opportunity to win a pair of diamond earrings courtesy of Alyea's Jewellers.

Sunday is the third and final Bark in the Park of the Champions season. Fans are encouraged to bring their furry pals to the park to enjoy the game together. Water bowls will be available along the concourse and waste bags will be provided upon entry to the stadium. Fans and their dogs will also be invited onto the field at the end of the game to have a run and play with the other doggos in attendance.

Sunday is also Bell Let’s Talk game night. Volunteers from the Youth Services Bureau will be selling 50/50 tickets during the game with all proceeds going towards the Bridges youth mental health program. Fans attending the game will be given clappers to cheer on the team.
