- Box office staff: The box office staff will deliver exceptional guest relations by selling tickets at the RCGT Park box office before all 54 Champions home games, while ensuring questions regarding Champions ticketing are answered. This position requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with large crowds. Box Office Staff will be expected to manage cash at an effective pace.
- Merchandise: The merchandise team members will be responsible for delivering quality customer service during all 54 Champions home games. Merchandise team members are responsible for maximizing selling potential by ensuring the efficient and effective interactions with customers.
- Ushers: The ushers will work Champions games at RCGT Park to ensure fans have an exceptional experience. They will assist guests with entering the stadium, as well as direct guests to specific areas and sections of the ballpark. Communication skills are essential to this position as well as the ability to deal with crowds. Ushers will be expected to stand for long periods of time.
